Modifying a record

In this view, a record can be modified, as well as adding new metadata.
Add metadata:
New metadata values can be added to a record. For example: the country descriptor with the corresponding value and not only adding a value.
With the Add another Country button, all metadata needed can be added.
Note: If a descriptor is added but left it blank, the descriptor will not be taken into account.
Change published:
Unlike when the record is created, in this case the published status can be modified.
To the right:
Access Level:
If the access level is descriptor, the access to the record can be configured. The access level must be configured for each active language.
Note: Empty value is equal to public visibility.
Location:
Location of the record with the possibility of generating a geolocation from an address or a GeoPoint.
Just by entering an address or a GeoPoint the record coordinates will be generated.
Note: the record metadata schema has to have a descriptor of LATLNG type for the GeoPoint generator to work. Otherwise, the value cannot be generated and the map will not be displayed.
Thumbnail:
Useful to visually identify the record. Preferably this should be a thumbnail of the preserved content.
Note: The thumbnail will attempt to generate automatically and in case the system cannot generate it, a default image will be used.
The following view is used to add content to the record.
Record Content: Here the content of the record is stored, useful for viewers.
Two folders are present:
ALTO is used for record type ALTO where only XML files are stored.
Content is for all types of files.
Record Attachments: Here are the files that the visitor can see and possibly download (all Types of files are allowed).
The file normalizer is used to convert (generate) file formats in order to facilitate the visualization.
Normalizer off: The file will not be normalized and does not generate new files to the content folder.
