Bulk action

This feature is disabled until a metadata schema is selected (because a metadata schema has its own descriptors) and the records modified. Then all selected records of a language can be modified (must be enabled). Metadata can be added or deleted (applied to all records).

Records selected

In addition, the list of selected records can be modified, and removing the records that need no modification.

Content:

• Record type: with “- NO CHANGE -” there will be no changes in the type of record.

• Published: with “- NO CHANGE -” there will be no changes. “Yes” to show in FRONT and “No” to not show in FRONT

• Visibile in OAI-PMH: with “- NO CHANGE -” there will be no changes. “Yes” to show in the OAI-PMH and “No” to not show.

Add metadata:

This option allows adding new values to the metadata schema descriptors. (All the values needed can be added).

Remove metadata:

This section allows a multiple select: if selecting one or more descriptors, all their values will be removed from the selected records.

Language:

Language in which the descriptors of the records will be changed.

Level and relations:

• View order: Changes the order to display all selected records.

• Children: Associates a child record to all selected records.

• Parents: Associates a parent record to all selected records.

Note: If the option “- NO CHANGE -” is selected, there will be no changes either in the children or the parents.

Collections:

Changes the collections to all selected records. One or more collections can be selected.

Note: If the option “- NO CHANGE -” is selected, there will be no changes in the collections.

Access level:

Multiple selection will make all available Access levels to be added to the selected records.
