Services

Section for showing the log files of the platform and having the possibility to restart the services such as Worker and ElasticSearch:

• Worker: Background service that is responsible for performing system tasks without interrupting the user experience. The Worker is one of the most important services because it verifies the license and executes all available tasks.

• ElasticSearch: it is a service that allows to index and analyze in real time large amounts of data in a distributed way.

Note: If the Worker is stopped and there is a process running it is possible that there is an inconsistency with the data or the system does not work correctly.

Log file: The processes performed throughout OpenAccess are stored here. Very useful for error search and debugging.
