Add a new Access level

On the left:

• Metadata value: All records that match this metadata value will be assigned to this access level.

  • Up to 255 characters allowed.

  • No empty value.

• Name: Name to identify the Access Level.

  • Up to 255 characters allowed.

  • No empty value.

On the right:

• Role: The role that will be assigned to the access level. Viewer access: Whether or not to have access to the viewer of the records is granted.
