# Add a new template

To add a new template:

* **Name:** Name of the new template.
  * No empty value.
  * Up to 255 characters allowed.
* **Select template to upload:** This allows uploading a template, which will be used in the aggregation.
* **Description:** Description of the template (optional). 
* **Active:** Activate or deactivate the template for use.
