INTRODUCTION

The Interface for the BackOffice of OpenAccess is used to have full control of the system, providing a modern, friendly, fully responsive environment that simplifies the interaction, increasing the flexibility of digital preservation and giving extra value to the preserved content. The Interface for the BackOffice of OpenAccess is the solution to the problems of accessing the content, since it is a platform capable of providing internal access to users.

The BackOffice of OpenAccess has been created with cutting-edge technology, able to support millions of daily records and without scalability issues, in addition to having an endless number of customization options and indicators necessary to keep total control of the preserved content.

The interface is organized around the:

  • Dashboard

  • Collections Management

  • Records Management

  • Static Content Management (Pages, shortcode, Menu, Editor)

  • Configuration and Settings (Metadata, Users and Groups, Languages, Developer Options, OAI, Facets, Config, Storage, License)

all of them necessary for a correct use of the system.

All the operation of the BackOffice of OpenAccess is accompanied by a license that will ensure the necessary access to use the platform.
