BackOffice Main View The indicators in the Dashboard is an important part of the use of the BackOffice of OpenAccess, because a registered user with access to the panel can see the current state of the system and its correct operation.

Dashboard

This is the Main view of the Back Office with information on the indicators necessary for proper operation in OpenAccess.

Main Information:

• Total Collections: Total number of collections on the platform.

• Total Records: Total number of records on the platform.

• Total Users: Total number of registered users on the platform.

• Used Space: Space used by the contents of all stored records.

• Used Memory: Real-time memory consumption.

License: Information about the active license (including Expiration date).

• Green: The license is active and operational.

• Red: The license is not active (or not valid).

Tasks executed or to be executed: In this part of the dashboard, all the tasks (with a maximum of 24) hours are shown. It also shows the Status of the task.

Indices: Status of the corresponding ElasticSearch indices (Search engine that allows results to be indexed at a much faster rate).

Note: if the health indicator is yellow, it means that there is no match with the records stored in the Database.

Missing languages: Status of the language of the metadata descriptors and Collections. Status:

• Green: Means that the language file is updated correctly.

• Yellow: The language file is not updated correctly with the database.
