The retrieve job detail shows the access path to the folder containing retrieved objects and allows for the cleanup after the retrieve job (deleting the folder generated by the retrieve job).

It also shows the type of retrieve job performed, which can be of a Manual type (if it was created by the user), an Automatic type (if the job was created by the automatic retrieve process) or an Evolution type (if the retrieve job was produced as part of a manual or automatic evolution process).

Besides, it provides direct access to browser preview of any file involved in the retrieve action.

It includes, to that end, a folder and file browser, like a normal file browser, and by clicking on a file you can preview the files with XML, jpeg, txt, gif, png and pdf formats in an attached box.

Note: for the correct view of PDF and XML files, the browser’s own viewers have to be activated.

At the end, the elements retrieved in the job (files or objects) are listed, which is from where the detail of the retrieval of a specific element can be accessed. There is also a list with the messages and results of the retrieve job.
