# Reports

In *Advanced options -> Reports*, we have a list of a series of reports on the status and use of the application. In this version of **LIBSAFE**, the available reports are:

* **General information on objects and status of the system**.
* **Customized Reports.**
* **Evolution of ingestion jobs and preserved objects**.
* **Ingestion job Reports**.
* **Audit job Reports**.

All the report screens have a button with an icon of a printer, in order to print the information displayed in the appropriate format. In the configuration of the destination printer, there is an option to export into a file, the latter being a way to save the information shown in a Pdf format.
