Retrieval from an object detail

From an object detail, in the File and folder structure, we can navigate through the internal directory and file structure of the object and select those elements that we wish to retrieve, or retrieve the full object instead.

After selecting all the objects we need to retrieve from the object, we must click on the Retrieve selected elements button, which will create and initiate the retrieve job for those elements.

If we want to retrieve the full object, we can also apply a DIP profile to the object. To accomplish that, we must select the applicable DIP profile from all those available for the object’s preservation plan, and then click on Retrieve full object, which just as in the previous case will create and initiate the retrieve job for the full object.

Retrieve jobs may be consulted and accessed in the Retrieve screen.
