Document repository

LIBSAFE includes a section called Document repository, which comprises a Wiki-type system that allows for the generation and consultation of a complete document repository.

It is recommended to use the document repository to centralize all the information about rules and specific policies that every entity may establish for the system. It is useful to keep the information the users may need updated and accessible.º

Access and editing of the document repository is differentiated by two configurable permissions by means of the ‘User Groups’. It is the system administrator’s task to configure and assign said permissions to the various users, depending on each one’s responsibilities.

Structure and configuration are entirely configurable, so it is up to the person in charge of editing and maintaining the repository to structure and manage content.
