If the user has the two-factor authentication active, after the user verification and password, the user will be asked for a temporary pin or key, according to the two-factor authentication method configured for said user.

From this version, LIBSAFE offers a two-factor authentication method which is called OTP (One Time Pin – Single-use Pin)

**Note**: The authentication method can be set at the user level. You must consult with your System Administrator to check whether the two-factor authentication method for your user was created or not.

This method requires a temporal access pin. To do this, an external tool should be used (ex. FreeOTP), which will need several parameters. These parameters need to be known for the Single-use Pin:

* Type: Time-Based (TOTP)
* Time interval: 30 seconds.
* Digits: 6
* Algorithm: SHA1
* Password: The password must be 16 characters long and in Base 32 (A-Z, 2-7)

**Note**: Check with your System Administrator to get the password and see if the access to your user LIBSAFE account was activated and the password was not given/delivered to you.
