LIBSAFE shows a catalog system based on:

• The metadata associated with each object in its ingestion process.

• The LUOI (LIBSAFE Unique Object Identifier) or internal identifier LIBSAFE assigns to each object.

• Associated preservation area.

• Associated preservation plan.

• Ingestion job.

• Ingestion date.

• Object name.

The three ways to access the catalog are:

1. Browse by objects – Direct list of all objects preserved in the system.

2. Browse by tree – List of objects using a tree structure.

3. Search by objects – List of objects filtered in a search; the search may be simple or advanced.
