The home page shows direct links to the menu options, which are:

1. Catalog: search in the system for preserved objects.

2. Ingestion: launch and check for ingestion jobs in the system.

3. Retrieval: launch, check and delete (clean) retrieve jobs in the system.

4. Documentation site: based in the wiki format, it allows for a document management system to be integrated within the preservation solution.

5. Audit: launch and check audit jobs in the system.

6. Active preservation: actions related to active preservation such as recharacterization of file formats, evolution of file formats, and management of digital signatures.

7. Reports: access to several reports on the preservation system.

8. Preservation configuration: access to sections for the configuration of the application for preservation (metadata, preservation areas and plans, alarm system and control, etc.). Use of this section is typical of preservation administrators.
