The audit job detail is divided in several sections. The detail is practically identical for both disk and object audits; the only difference is the part where the information about the audited disk or objects is shown.

The detail starts showing general information about the audit job, such as date of job creation and finish, the final status of the job, type of audit job (disk or object), etc.

It also shows the type of manager generating the audit job, which could be:

  • Ingestion: when doing an ingestion job process audit.

  • Manual: if the user created an ingestion job and executed it at that moment.

  • Programmed: a user programmed the execution of object or disk audits periodically and the system carried out said audit based on that programming.

  • Automatic: as a result of the execution of one of the programmed tasks offered by the system; audit in this case.

Information on each type of audit job (disk or object) is shown below, depending on which one was selected when the job was created.

For a disk audit job, the system shows the information on the audited disk, as well as a list of the objects contained in the disk. The detail of every object can be accessed:

For an object audit job, the system shows a list of the audited objects, where detail on each object can be accessed.

The following section shows the results and messages produced during the audit.

At the end, the system shows the messages related to the tasks and the history of the actions carried out.
