Catalog – Browse catalog by object

It is a simple list of all objects preserved in the system. It is shown with a dynamic navigation tool, which will self-resize depending on the number of results.

Just as with a list of other search results, it allows to select any object shown; in this case, to launch a retrieve job. This retrieve job requires the specific permissions applied to the areas from which one wants to retrieve. It is also possible to use this selection to launch an audit job for specific objects.

It is also possible to use this selection to launch an audit process for specific objects or to re-seal said objects previously selected.

Each listed object may have an associated View button, which is a direct link to the detail page of the object.

The thumbnail generated for the object can also be seen on the list, if it was so configured in the preservation plan.

Note: the catalog search may be filtered to show only the latest version of every preserved object. We must check the appropriate box in the filter section of the catalog.
