The information and use of the notifications panel is developed in the User and Preservation administrator manual, which should be read prior to this manual and, specifically, before this section. This section refers to the common notifications panel available for any user from the link in the upper right part of the interface, side by side with the user’s name.

The notifications panel available in Advanced Options – System Configuration – Notifications panel differs only in the following:

  1. It is only accessible by users belonging to a user group of a system administrator category, with the corresponding access permission.

  2. It shows all notifications registered in the system, meaning all from all users (and for such, for all user groups).

  3. The message selection filter includes two more fields, which are Receiver (group) and Receiver (user).

  4. Each notification also shows, at its own line, the user to which the notification is associated.

  5. From this notification panel is possible modify the fields “Accepted” and “Active”. Regardless of the parameter value “you can turn off notification” which was configured the alarm that the notification creates.
