Notifications panel

The information and use of the notifications panel is developed in the System Administrator manual, which should be read prior to this manual and, more specifically, before this section.

Note: Access to the notifications panel through the top bar grants access to those notifications for the user who is using the application, whereas the notifications panel in ‘Preservation Configuration’ will show all the system’s notifications.

The notifications panel available in Advanced Options – System Configuration – Notifications panel only differs in the following:

1. It is only accessible by users belonging to a user group of system administrator category, with the corresponding access permission.

2. It shows all notifications registered in the system, meaning all from all users (and for such, for all user groups).

3. The message selection filter includes two more fields, which are Receiver (group) and Receiver (user).

4. Each notification has also shown, as its own line item, the user to which the notification is associated.
