• LIBSAFE Advanced supports unlimited metadata schemas, so your metadata is supported, no matter how complex it is. The platform supports not only standard metadata, such as Dublin Core, MARC21, etc, but also custom schemas.

• File preview for more than 300 file formats, even if you don't have the software to open them, including Autocad files, Office, multimedia, etc.

• Different collections can have different metadata schemas. Some of your content can be described with Dublin Core while some other can be with MARC21.

• Embedded metadata for more than 800 file formats (including PDF, Images, Office documents, CAD, etc.) is automatically extracted from your files and indexed, becoming instantly searchable.

• The metadata you add to your objects is searchable, and can be used to group, filter or facet your content.

• Full-text from more than 300 formats is automatically extracted and searchable, including context highlighting and fuzzy search.
